We at Su-Mangal welcome all the registrants/ registered members and visitors. By visiting our website the registrant and visitor, including all registered candidates are bound to following essential rules:

• Registered members can view profiles of their prospective brides or grooms and accordingly request for relevant contact details to initiate the match making process. Su-Mangal team does not initiate match making process and the members are supposed to regularly view the website for new profiles.
• Su-mangal does not guarantee fixed numbers of profiles availability, members to regularly visit website for viewing new profiles, as new profiles are registered from time to time.
• Please note that Su-Mangal shall provide registered members contact details (e.g Phone numbers, Email) provided during Member Registration/updated via other methods to requesting prospective Brides or Grooms, to assist coordination and communication between Bride and Groom parties. We request contacting members to be gentle and follow appropriate guidelines while contacting prospective Bride or Groom families.

• Welcome Offer - The Rs.200/- member registration is a limited time welcome offer from Su-Mangal. The offer will be revoked at any point in time, hence we request the visitors to register as soon as possible to gain the early joining benefits.
• Welcome Offer - Under the Rs.200/- registration welcome offer (depending on Su-Mangal discretion), the registrants/candidates will be offered additional benefits like one year membership with no additional charges, however please note that it may be reduced to smaller duration at discretion of Su-Mangal or can be changed or revoked by Su-Mangal at any point in time.
• Lifetime Offer or Welcome Offer - Limited Contacts sharing - Registered Members who have joined under Welcome offer of Rs.200/- Registration or Lifetime Offer of Rs.499/- Registration - can avail Membership and enjoy benefits of obtaining contact details of their prospective brides/grooms, however the number of contact details that they can request are limited. The Welcome offer or Lifetime Offer entitles to only obtain "Four contacts details every 30 days from your prior contact details request." This offering is at discretion of Su-Mangal and can be changed or revoked at any point in time.
• Lifetime Offer :   #Until you get Married Or upto Four Years - whichever is earlier.
• Lifetime Offer - Under Registration of lifetime offer of Rs.499/-, members can avail benefit of keeping their registered profiles Live on our website until they get Married or please note that this Lifetime offer does have a validity period of upto Four years, whichever is earlier. (as we believe and wish that  members would get their life partners and be married by this time). Lifetime offer under no circumstances will extend beyond the above specified validity period.
• Lifetime Offer will continue to provide benefits to registered member under this offer for a maximum term of Four Years from the date of registration on this website under limited contacts sharing as stated above. Please do make a note that the term of four years might be reduced or changed or discontinued at discretion of Su-Mangal or discontinuation of our Su-Mangal services.
• Lifetime Offer - Members registered under this offer are supposed to send an update every year (upto validity term of four years), so that the their profile contents are updated in timely manner so as retain updated content for visiting prospective Brides or Grooms. Updates could be pertaining to your residence address, email, income, Inter-case preference changes, etc. Even if there are no changes, members are supposed to inform Su-Mangal by responding to registration email, that there are no updates every year.
• Standard Registration fee and Membership fee for the joiners would be Rs.750/- for a duration of one year from the date of registration and post confirmation of payment. This membership provides unlimited contact sharing.
• The Renewal fee for Standard Membership will be Rs.650/- (includes any additional registration fee charges as benefit of existing member). This membership provides unlimited contact sharing.

• Su-Mangal website and its information is a communication point for Brides and Grooms. We assist registered members by providing contact details of there prospective Brides or Grooms. However please note that meeting prospective Brides or Grooms post providing contact details is not in scope of Su-Mangal. Su-Mangal is not responsible for the acts on behalf of Bride or Groom parties post providing contact details. We encourage registered members to follow ethical norms while contacting prospective parties (Bride or Grooms) and insist on initiating talks from elders/guardians of your Family for ensuring appropriate communication and talks within parties.
• Su-Mangal is not responsible for any Bride or Groom communications leading to unethical and inappropriate acts/ behaviours. Instead we encourage Parents/Elders from Family to initiate talks and meeting there prospective Bride/Groom families to avoid wrong occurrences. We also insist on providing Parents/ Elders / Guardians to provide there contact details or initiate communications to avoid such wrong occurrences, even for members who have directly registered with us.
• The data or information displayed on this website is purely on the inputs provided by the candidates and Su-Mangal Vivah Sanstha does not confirm its validation. Candidates obtaining contact details are  advised to re-confirm the information details specified in profile or on this website from their prospective candidates. Su-Mangal is not responsible for any mis-leading information displayed on site and or if it was provided during profile registrations.
• Su-Mangal also advises members to validate the latest photos of there prospective candidates while contacting the prospective members. We also encourage members to provide there latest photos to avoid any misinterpretations and inconvenience to prospective contacting members.
• Su-Mangal reserves the right to remove and terminate the services anytime for the registered profile display during (or after) service term, if it observed that the profile member has performed mis-conduct with the contacted profile member or it is highlighted by the contacted or similar member to Su-Mangal team.

• Registered Members or Site visitors / Contacting visitors should not ask for Su-Mangal or its Staff for their personal details including but not limited to their personal contact numbers. Such events would lead to termination of services of the member registered with this website (with no refunds of payments) and would lead to legal measures.

• Any queries pertaining to memberships or website would be responded as per timings mentioned on this website in the Contact Us section.
• It is important to note that Su-Mangal would share contacts of registered members provided by members during registrations. All shared contacts would be counted irrespective of any Members not responding for the shared contact numbers or that they are not are not willing to continue conversation/ communication with contacting parties /members. Su-Mangal will only share mentioned limited contacts to members registered under offers, irrespective of shared contact responses.
• Responses from contacted members (e.g Groom member contacting to Brides or vice-a-versa) are beyond Su-Mangal scope. Su-Mangal does not guarantee or cannot validate contacting parties/family/members positive communication when relevant contacts are shared.
• It is essential to note that contact details will be shared during timings listed on this website and may take up to 48 hours from the request, although Su-Mangal strives to provide contacts as soon as possible on quick basis.

• Su-Mangal advises to candidates to inform Su-Mangal Support (support@su-mangal.com) in case they have their marriages arranged on Su-Mangal or through other channels, so that other candidates requesting prospective contacts are not left at any inconvenience.
• Relevant candidates whose profiles are displayed need to inform our support by sending an email to "support@su-mangal.com" in case they want their "profile display" to be removed from our site. For cases where an email was sent requesting removal of profile display, but have not received a response for 30 days stating profile display removal confirmation from support, request to please re-send an update email for same.

• Please note: In the beloved memory of our Founders Mr. Vijay Gole and Mrs. Sonali Gole who faced the unfortunate Corona situation, we have decided to add 6 months Profile period to all our existing registered members (as of Oct 15, 2021).

• *No refund of payments will be considered, once profile is registered on the website.(reference: we send email confirmation of profile registration with Member ID details.). Post the email, refunds cannot be considered for any reasons. Please take a note of same.
  
  
• **Welcome Offer - This is a limited time Rs.200/- Welcome offer for registrations with membership for one year (you pay no addon charges for your profile display and absolutely no additional charges for obtaining 4 contact details of Brides and Grooms within 30 days of your prior request).
